Returns & Refunds Policy
Because every order at Tundra Print is made to order and personalised to your design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged, lost or unsatisfactory orders
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or the print quality is unsatisfactory, we will make it right. Simply contact us at sales@tundraprint.com within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of the item (for damaged or quality issues)
We will offer either a full reprint at no extra cost, or a full refund — your choice.
Please note
- We cannot accept responsibility for errors in the uploaded design, such as incorrect spelling, low resolution files, or wrong colours.
- We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for orders where the correct item was delivered as ordered.
