1. About Us

Tundra Print is a print-on-demand fulfilment service based in Ireland. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Our Service

We provide print-on-demand fulfilment for posters, framed prints, greeting cards, t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and tote bags. We do not manufacture prints ourselves — each order is routed to the most suitable printing partner.

3. Orders

  • All orders are made to order and personalised to the design you upload.
  • By placing an order you confirm you own or have the right to use the design you upload.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any order that contains offensive, illegal or infringing content.
  • Once an order is placed and sent to print it cannot be cancelled or modified.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are displayed in your selected currency. Exchange rates are approximate and may vary.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is processed securely through Shopify's payment system.

5. Shipping

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours.
  • Delivery times vary by region — see our Pricing & Delivery page for estimates.
  • Tracking information will be sent to your email once dispatched.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. In summary, we do not accept returns on custom items but will offer a reprint or refund where an order is damaged, lost or of unsatisfactory quality.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any designs you upload. By uploading a design you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We will never use your designs for any other purpose.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tundra Print's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
